Explanation to the modification of unit tests:

JUnit's @BeforeAll and @AfterAll annotations are executed only once across all instances of the class. If we have multiple test classes extending AbstractRedisServer and they are all in the same test run, then the RedisServer might be stopped after one test class have finished executing, while other test classes might still be running.

The modified code ensures that the RedisServer is available throughout the execution of all test methods.

Explanation to the modification of CI:

The gradle task in the License Check workflow does not need to be repeated in the Build workflow to speed up the build process.
