Promote the usage of Camel Dashboard as monitoring tool

### Requirement

We should move all the [monitoring logic to the Camel Dashboard operator](https://camel-tooling.github.io/camel-dashboard/). At some point during 2026 (probably after 0.2.0 release of Camel Dashboard) we should deprecate the monitoring logic and suggest the usage of this new monitoring tool instead.
