The PR is likely OK to be merged with just subset of tests for default Python and Database versions without running the full matrix of tests, because it does not modify the core of Airflow. If the committers decide that the full tests matrix is needed, they will add the label 'full tests needed'. Then you should rebase to the latest main or amend the last commit of the PR, and push it with --force-with-lease. |

framer-motionhas been the source of a number of problems in this project. The latest is, after updating to React 18, elements weren't dismounting properly, leaving tons of tooltips persisting on the screen:We haven't been able to update framer motion due to a bug reported here: motiondivision/motion#1525
So for now we will just remove it and the custom tooltip just won't have an animation. (see gif for a comparison of the hover effect of a custom tooltip on a task instance vs the normal chakra tooltip on the dag run)
