Google Cloud: gcp_con_id as template field

Add gcp_conn_id as template field to Google Cloud Dataproc and BigQuery Operators

Use case/motivation

I would like to load name of gcp_conn_id at runtime from Kubernetes and pass it to the Operators. I am using XCom for that. Impersonation is not an option.

@vitstransky, please feel free to open up a PR for this issue if you are interested. I took at peek at the BigQuery* Operators, and I found the following without gcp_conn_id as a template_fields:

• BigQueryGetDataOperator
• BigQueryDeleteDatasetOperator
• BigQueryCreateEmptyDatasetOperator
• BigQueryGetDatasetOperator
• BigQueryGetDatasetTablesOperator
• BigQueryUpdateTableOperator
• BigQueryUpdateDatasetOperator
• BigQueryDeleteTableOperator
• BigQueryUpsertTableOperator
• BigQueryUpdateTableSchemaOperator
• BigQueryInsertJobOperator

For Dataroc* Operators, none of these had gcp_conn_id in the template_fields.

Small correction - adding exclusively templated fields is one of the exception where we do accept PR without unit tests :)
