[FEATURE]: Sort /connect providers alphabetically

Describe the enhancement you want to request

The /connect provider picker should list providers alphabetically by display name instead of putting a hard-coded Popular group first. This makes the list easier to scan and keeps custom/provider catalog changes from needing priority list maintenance.

The synthetic Other custom-provider option should stay at the end.
