docs: desktop app references still mention Tauri instead of Electron

The desktop app has migrated from Tauri to Electron, but documentation still references Tauri:

• README files list old Tauri-style artifact names (darwin-aarch64/darwin-x64 instead of mac-arm64/mac-x64)
• CONTRIBUTING.md describes the desktop app as 'built with Tauri' and lists Tauri dev commands
