[FEATURE]: grouping bugfixes in release notes

When you write release notes for a GitHub release, could you please group bugfixes in a section of their own?

If you want to keep using sections for "Core", "TUI", and "Desktop", that's fine by me. In that case, you could have "Bugfixes" as a subsection under each of those sections.
