Enforce settings on Terraform files

Problem

I want to read and modify settings on Terraform (.tf) files.

Possible solution

• HCL v2: amplify-education/python-hcl2
• HCL v1: virtuald/pyhcl: HCL is a configuration language. pyhcl is a python parser for it.
• Is it possible to modify the files with these packages?
• Is it possible to preserve comments?
• A possible use case
