[ReplaceInFiles] Way to check/uncheck all matches for one file

This is in the user story criteria ("User can uncheck individual matches or entire files"), but not implemented yet. I don't think it should hold up #8137, but ideally it would be nice to get this in within the same sprint.

Since this is now tracked by https://trello.com/c/lTgNTzt5/1349-s-replace-in-files-check-uncheck-all-matches-for-one-entire-file, and might not make it into the current sprint, I'll close this.
