Exception thrown and Brackets must be force-quit it you re-focus it while sync from disk dialog is open

1. Modify a file in Brackets, but don't save your changes
2. On disk, modify the same file and save it
3. Return to Brackets -- you should see a prompt about whether to reload from disk. Leave the dialog open.
4. Switch to a different app and then switch back to Brackets again.

Result: exception in Dialog.cancelModalDialogIfOpen(). It is now basically impossible to use Brackets or even quit, because every time you focus the window the dev tools automatically pop up.

Looks like this was broken way back in e589e5 (at the beginning of Sprint 4). I think the problem is that $.each() gives the array index as the 1st arg... we want the 2nd arg, the actual value of the array element. (Fun how it's the exact opposite argument order as forEach(), huh?)
