[hover preview] remains open when mouse out occurs at a window boundary

1. Open main.css in the Getting Started project
2. Resize the window horizontally such that the background-image styles in the html rule are not in the viewport
3. Hover over one of the background-image styles, then move the mouse over the style past the right edge of the window. The hover preview should still be visible.
4. Open the recent projects list and switch to another project (or open a new one)

Actual: Preview is still visible
Expected: Preview should hide when the mouse leaves the editor

I believe @redmunds pull request #3544 will take care of it as he uses 5 px margin for the popover.

I misunderstood your description. This has nothing to do with #3544.
