Can't make context menu for project tree selection because right click doesn't select

1. Right-click on file in project tree

Result
Project tree does not select. Doing the same thing in the working set does work.

If an extension developer adds a command to the project context menu then the selection behavior will feel weird since most code editors select on right click with the project tree
