Docs: Documentation for CLI is hard to find

The documentation for all the CLI options was part of the README for a long time, then was removed since this commit.

I could not find it anywhere else so I had to dig up the corresponding commit.

Is this by design, e.g. prepping for a new version/rework of the CLI?

Yes, this would be useful to keep it published somewhere. This link https://fig.io/manual/swagger-typescript-api/generate-templates no longer provides the documentation.

I will work on this.
New documention will use vitepress or astro (something modern) and also will have CLI docs
