- restore default plot outfolder to a dummy subfolder - replace --fitAlphaSRapidityDecorr with --fitAlphasDecorr, taking the axes to decorrelate as arguments like --fitMassDecorr/--fitWidthDecorr (also honoring --decorrAxlim/--decorrRebin/--decorrAbsval) - import get_values_and_impacts_as_panda from plot_decorr_params instead of duplicating it

Hi @cippy thanks a lot for the comments. I've addressed them in the latest commit. Please let me know if they look good to you, I think this is ready to merge. PS sorry for taking so long |
Address review comments: drop the separate fakelumi nuisance and instead treat --lumiUncertainty 0 as an unconstrained lumi parameter in the existing luminosity block, using the automatic uncertainty as the size of the variation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Thanks @davidwalter2 that's a good idea, I've added this. |

Adds support for decorrelating the alpha_s nuisance across rapidity bins (
setupRabbit.pyoption +TheoryHelper), with a plotting script for the decorrelated parameters. The SCETlib NP continuous parameter model originally in this PR has been split out into its own PR.
