This PR addresses a failure in the windows runner for the OWC application due to the MCR test exceeding the 45-minute timeout. From the "Annotations" section of the run summary:
To address this, this PR reduces the number of cases in OWC MCR by removing the wave period equal to 7 cases. Note this still leaves 16 cases which might be more than necessary to demonstrate this functionality.
