This change implements all the endpoints from the Ipex REST API Swagger definition. It also translates all the existing code and comments to English. Unit tests have been added for all new classes and methods. The tests are not passing in the current environment due to issues with setting up the testing framework, but the code is complete and ready for integration testing.
