GitInstaller does not set execution flag on installed git and git-lfs binaries on Mac

On a clean machine call SetupGitIfNeeded().
Observe the downloaded and unzipped binaries
checkout git and git-lfs binaries ( ls -lhs) : = expected to have x flag set, they are not

This makes every subsequent call to git client fail
