Why sysutils/btop isn't available on macos?

As seen below. I then build sysutils/btop perfectly fine on the same machine (from this repo, release/macos branch, revision cc6f0b3245c657a60febf42a5271e3076376e8ff).

I'm using an older Xcode to build those release packages to ensure that they work on as many forward releases of macOS as possible. That currently means that btop is failing due to missing C++23 support:

You can find these reports via https://mail-index.netbsd.org/pkgsrc-bulk, look for the "release/macos Darwin ..." reports.

I'd like to update to a newer Xcode, which would drop support for some systems that according to this poll https://federate.me.uk/@jperkin/116435910865723826 are still in use, so I'm holding off for a bit.

I'll do an audit to see how many packages are affected. This will obviously only grow over time, and will likely be forced at some point.
