docs/YYYY-QN-retrospective.md covering hits, misses, and RFC
accept/reject/supersede log.
Current state. Zero retro docs exist
(find docs -iname "*retro*" returns nothing). Two missed quarters
to date: 2026-Q1 (the RFC-0013 pivot quarter), and 2026-Q2 (in
progress; will be a third miss if uncovered before the rc1 cut).

Remediation.
- Write
docs/2026-Q1-retrospective.md (backfill) covering
v0.1→v0.2 ship, RFC-0013 acceptance, pattern-library bootstrap.
- Schedule
docs/2026-Q2-retrospective.md alongside the rc1 cut
(target: 2026-06-30).
- Add a one-liner pointer in MILESTONES.md "Keeping this document
current" section about the quarterly retro cadence.
Template structure (keep short): Hits (≤5), Misses (≤5), Surprises
(≤3), RFC accept/reject/supersede log (table), KPI snapshot.
