Per TDD audit. Makefile:71-80 bench-check target loops for pkg in ; (empty). All baselines retired w/ k8sevents in PR-K.2. Benches exist (bench/overhead/nccl_fr_bench_test.go, internal/synthesis/patterns/pod_evicted_bench_test.go) but no baseline gates them. Perf regressions can ship.
Action: capture current baselines for ncclfr emit-overhead + pod_evicted detector; wire into bench-check loop. Threshold env-overridable per existing convention.
