Renamed New-PSHTMLTable to Write-PSHTMLTable
renamed [COLOR] to [COLORFACTORY]
Simplified [COLORFACTORY] to make it more 'testable'.
Created Enum 'PSHTMLColor' contain all the color names avaible on w3c.
