Bump kVersion/CMake project version 1.0.1 -> 1.0.2 to tag the addition of the relay conform CI conformance gate (#18). No library behaviour change; RELAY spec_version stays 1.0. Patch release tagging the addition of the RELAY
conformCI gate (#18, merged in #22).rcp::kVersionand CMake project version 1.0.1 → 1.0.2.spec_versionstays 1.0. cpp-rcp passesrelay conform --strict.v1.0.2to follow on merge (triggers the release workflow).
