Upgrading of JS libraries

writing to you to ask if there are any plans to upgrade these 2 libraries with security findings.

The jquery seems to be at the highest available version (3.7.1) since last year and underscore was sitting at 1.3.6 since last upgrade, but updated it again to 1.3. just now.

Both will be available when 8.0 is released.
