Need to gather requirements for crystal and flux line analysis (a la GRASP) (Trac #566)

Users at SNS have been interested in tools to look at their flux line data. !SasView has several tools already that could be useful in a rather rudimentary state, particularly the 2D slicer tools. A fair amount of functionality could be added to the tools to make them much more feature rich and useful. Before embarking on such a project it would be helpful to talk also to ILL and PSI folk who also do these kinds of SANS measurements to get a good overview of what would be most helpful/useful
