Adds ai-usage-monitor to Monitoring & Analytics.
Why it fits
Unlike session-history and token dashboards already listed, it is a local Windows tray app focused on a forward-looking question: whether Codex CLI or Claude Code subscription usage will run out before reset. It also detects unusual usage spikes and recommends when to slow down.
