Adds Alex, a local Rust proxy with an optional UI that routes Codex across providers and keeps traces local.
Alex supports scriptable middleware, bonding multiple Codex subscriptions, provider failover, messenger-assisted re-authentication, and running models such as Fable 5 in Codex. I'm the maintainer.
