Adds taleseal under Plugins. It's a Codex CLI plugin (
.codex-plugin/plugin.json) that seals a run into a shareable "tale" — a narrative page (trigger, data consumed, decisions taken and set aside, outcome) at one short link that anyone can read without an account. You always see a preview and redaction report before anything publishes. MIT, on npm astaleseal.Follows the format: single-line description with a star badge, in the Plugins section.
