Several Small Bugs in Dispatch Web App

Was playing around with the latest docker app and ran into the following bugs:

1. Units and personnel page is blank
2. Calls list shows a duplicate of each call
3. When creating a new call, the default call priority does not apply
4. When attempting to select a unit to assign, occasionally only "Everyone" appears and the other units cannot be seen
5. When editing a call I get a 404 page when attempting to save

Amazing free product you're offering. I am going to pitch using it to our command staff if we can sort these small bugs out. Let me know if there is any additional information I can provide to aid in troubleshooting!

These issues should be resolved in the latest version of the dispatch app pushed out to production today. Let me know if there are any more issues.
