kli should allow for both the `--commit` flag and `--json` flag at the same time

Expected Behavior

When I pass both the --commit and --json flags it should commit after pasting the json.

Current Behavior

--commit never seems to be run.

Context

Working on the build a single package feature, I attempted to pass both flags and it didn't build.
