We need to support this URL in particular because it’s used on several other raku.org sites; this is related to #240

If we need to add a container level redirect to support this for now, let’s.

Don't really want to create a new issue, but has it been pointed out to me that Perl is not getting some love in the Grammar example.

I recognize this is a minor nit on new site, but can we drop a language and add Perl instead? Thx.

FWIW, "Perl" was removed there on purpose on my request.

It's in the interest of both Perl and Raku to separate the two. Mentioning Perl on the homepage is not a good thing from search engine point of view. Also, most people using Perl are aware of Raku. Many of the new users of Raku are not aware of Perl, so mentioning Perl doesn't bring anything to Raku.

Hmmm... looks like the homepage of https://www.perl.org mentions Raku on the one hand, and The Perl Foundation (rather than the Perl And Raku Foundation) on the other hand.

I would be in favour of removing the mention of Raku on the Perl homepage.

@jubilatious1 - I originally wrote a code example (alongside FFI) to covering Inline::Perl5 and Inline::Python ... but one of my criteria for inclusion is that the code should run on my machine and I failed to get either to work.

There are many examples and time was short so maybe we can work this up now that the big push is done.

I would be happy to reinstate this example on the idea that raku can consume both CPAN and PyPy (or whatever) code since access to a larger ecosystem is an important benefit (or at least objection handler).

Would you mind providing some (working and short) code examples (suggest we open a new issue for this is you are agreeable)?

I know @doomvox had a working example. I haven't played with NativeCall myself.

(Frankly I've been hoping some Perl experts would give it a try, but I am unaware of efforts on that front).

If I can come up with some code for the site I certainly will open an Issue / Pull_Request.

@jubilatious1 - this looks very promising - thanks for sourcing it ... right now I would like to shorten it a bit (4-6 lines is my goal so a bit of a challenge) and my first step is to wrestle to get a working Inline::Perl5
