Motivation

Feature to build docker images for multigpu archs

Define the usages of single gpu arch, multigpu archs on single node or multiple targe nodes clearly.
Redesign the build manifest to include gpu arch per-model.
Validate the Dockerfile of model which includes different GPU ARG or ENV, build parser to identify the model specified to GPU Arch or compatible default build configuration.
Refactor the flow of build docker image for mulitgpu archs.
Modify the gpu automatic detection to pull correct registry image for docker hub at runtime.
Improve the robustness and smartness of flow of new madengine CLI
