Consolidate ~29 duplicated functions from IBKR, Schwab, LongBridge, and Firstrade platform renderers into a single shared module. Includes: - Formatting primitives (format_percent, format_percentile, etc.) - Text splitting utilities (split_detail_segment, split_labeled_text) - Price source / timing contract localisation - Volatility-delever helpers and TQQQ risk-control builder - Timing audit and signal snapshot line builders - Dashboard cash label relabeling - resolve_execution adapter for IBKR's nested execution_annotations - format_dashboard_from_sources structured dashboard generator - i18n key aliases (resolve_i18n_key) Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
