已在 dev 重新实现并推送，不直接合并原 PR。\n\n已落地的有效部分：自定义邮箱默认手动、可选本地 helper 且仅 helper 模式显示配置；HeroSMS 运营商选择、购买时附加 operator，并修复接码配置刷新/服务商切换后的旧状态问题。对应提交：2992cc8、bf7d37e。\n\n原 PR 包含的杂项和不适合整包合入的实现没有直接合并，因此关闭此 PR。 |

新增功能：
1、新增自定义邮箱本地接码服务，支持cloudflare无限邮箱
配置：
1.1修改项目文件下.env
1.2cloudflare配置全局接收验证码邮箱
1.3启动服务：进入目录E:\sd\FlowPilot\scripts，python custom_mail_helper.py
2、新增HeroSMS可选运营商
修复问题：
1、侧边和后台不一致问题
2、修复卡在第5步
3、修复流程清理cookies不感觉，多轮后影响侧边和后台不一致
