The first successful run still leaked one 'test' probe message from a sub-agent. Strengthen the prohibition: - Expert reviewer: expanded warning covers sub-agents explicitly - Workflow: added rule at the top of Instructions section - Workflow: tells outer agent to pass rule to sub-agent prompts Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

The second review run on PR #527 was successful (all comments posted, review submitted) but still leaked one 'test' probe message from a sub-agent. This strengthens the prohibition at both levels.
