Documents fix for PR #2931 where diff file uploads in Slack notifications would silently fail when a docs PR branch was auto-deleted after merge.
Documents the fix for directory-specific trigger filtering where GitHub PR and commit triggers were dispatching for all files instead of respecting configured trigger directories.
Documents the fix for Slack OAuth connections failing when channel listing times out for large workspaces. The installation is now saved immediately after OAuth exchange.
