Update MMAR transfer learning with MONAI v0.7

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Hi @wyli , I am not sure whether the MMARs can be compatible with MONAI v0.7?
If not, maybe I need to change to tutorial to use a fixed MONAI version (0.6)?

I tested those, all look good, I'll add an integration test for the loading.
