@wyli as I m digging into the utils_create_transform_ims.py : the get_data function will need to be updated with the signal chunk I'm using for the visualisation. I see that you guys are using a nifti file stored in a dropbox account. Is there any specific account to use for monai, should I create my own or can I simpy send you the small .npy file containing the signal extract so that you could store it in dropbox for me ?
