As a user, I want to test out functionality that's added to the repository through PRs, without waiting for a release to come available.
Proposed technical implementation details (optional)
Produce artifacts through pipeline by adding upload CLI task. Include documentation for people that want to use the latest features with the risks of more bugs and issues (installing-nightly.md)
