Mutation list for BE.1 doesn't make sense

Currently this constellation lists the following mutations:

The first two mutations in orf1ab are not found in any of the lists I can find online. I think the problem is that these coordinates are with respect to the respective mature peptides (nsp2 and nsp13), so the numbering is off.

Need to do the arithmetic to make sure the coordinate system shift checks out

All three mutations with the above corrected notations appear at about 100% of BE.1 samples according to CoVizu, which is feeding off GISAID annotations
