I prepared new module Email-Address-XS without regexes which fixes this problem. See: https://github.com/pali/Email-Address-XS

My new module Email::Address::XS is now on cpan:
https://metacpan.org/pod/Email::Address::XS

It is not affected by CVE-2015-7686 and you can use it instead of Email::Address.
