Replica Dragonfang's Flight doesn't calculate correct DPS for Blight of Contagion

I don't know, it's too expensive

In my PoB, having an open amulet slot vs Dragonfang with Blight is 205k DPS
An additional Empower is 483k DPS
Manually adding 3 levels to Blight of Contagion is ~700k DPS

The same 205k DPS change is persistent even when I set my Blight gem to a higher level. Empower scales correctly.

How to reproduce the issue

Open PoB, check Dragonfang's DPS boost vs Empower or manual change.

Interestingly, in another PoB ( https://pobb.in/PF54si2bAVSP ), the calculation seems to work correctly. Same PC, same PoB instance.
