Add user filters to context and render them as buttons in mobile view

Make getting user favourites a method and then add it's value to the context of tasks list and patients list routes
Third column is no longer required on the mobile view. Removes the previously added 'All Patients' column. Renames 'My Patients' to 'All Patients' as my patients are now managed by favourites.
