Two new planning docs under docs/plans/: - operational-hardening.md: CI, lint, release, cross-repo consistency (no new features, near-term). - sota-roadmap.md: larger architectural workstreams (LSP oracle, budget-aware context, behavioral trace diff, security scanning, eval harness, incremental graph, polyglot, learning, semantic merge).
