Introducing SubDyn DirCos =-1 and sanitization of input files

• The SD_SparHanging test case is modified to use user defined "COSM"
• The SD_Force test case is modified to use the arbitrary cross section properties (computed from the circular ones).
• Making sure all SubDyn input files have the COSMID column set to -1 (in preparation for removal of legacy format)
• More harmonization between the different input files of SubDyn (still a lot to do)
