FAST.Farm: last wake plane disappears when the array of planes is full

Bug description
Looking at visualization, and outputs, it seems like the last wake plane disappears when the array of planes is full.

To Reproduce

• Use the following r-test: https://github.com/OpenFAST/r-test/tree/dev/glue-codes/fast-farm/TSinflow
• Enable VTK plane visualizations NOutDisWindYZ=2, NOutDisWindXZ =1
• Look at VTK outputs
• Potentially adjust the location of the vertical plane output, or NumPlanes.
  The wake will appear to jump, disappear from the output after a given time step. See animation below:

Expected behavior
The wake shouldn't jump.

OpenFAST Version
Likely there since FAST.Farm was introduced. Was present before the CurledWake (<=v3.3).
