PR #917 included new nodal output channels for the undisturbed velocity (VUnd[xyz]). After posting the PR, there were requests for additional channels as nodal outputs. Due to time constraints and a huge backlog of PRs, we merged #917 without these additional channels. So this issue is so we can pick this back up again sometime when bandwidth allows.

Also, it would be nice to include some descriptions of these outputs in the documentation. Maybe something autogenerated from the OutlistParameters.xlsx file, and maybe some diagrams from various publications. Rumor has it there is a pdf someplace from early AD15 that included some descriptions.
