I also advise to add a YAML preamble with the copyright, license and authorship in each file. YAML is not rendered in any interpreter and adds some useful machine-readable fields and meta information. Better if it's in SPDX format |

@kappapiana thank you for this! I am sorry it took a while to review and merge. These changes are appreciated, and I am escalating the YAML / SPDX comment to the education work group, which has oversight of this repo.
