[BUG] Proxy support for Faraday in Ruby client is broken

Proxy support for Ruby Faraday was added with this Pull Request, however today in master only the configuration option remains in configuration_faraday_partial.mustache the configuration is not applied anymore in api_client_faraday_partial.mustache

It looks like it got lost with this commit

Closing the bug, PR has been merged and should be part of v6.4.0
