The git diff view doesn't make it so clear that this is mostly minor formatting changes like bold and some reordering, along with the image alt-text which is very welcome too.

Yes, it’s that and the wrapping of images/text in the two column layouts to help make it look nicer on bigger screens! |

The two-column layout works very well, and switches to a single column perfectly with a narrow browser. Nice! |

As discussed on the migration document and in the hangouts, the EDI page is now under the OBF top-level heading, and I've formatted it to make use of the column layouts to display it more correctly.
While at it, I also added in missing alt-texts and slightly reworded the opening bit, to reflect that the page is now outside the BOSC-scope.
