Investigate this bug in the middle of BOM entry

• was adding a new material BOM entry
• inputted name, status = ordered, type, manufacturer, url, part details
• NO reimbursement number, # units, $, or additional information
• might be an issue with clicking outside the modal, copy paste, or another key press?
• reloaded the page and had to start over on add material entry
